Educational Administration License and Degree Program

All Educational Administration programs require at least a master's degree, (with the exception of Program Coordinator) three years' successful teaching experience (with the exception of Program Coordinator and School Business Coordinator), and a 150-hour practicum including a professional issues seminar. The following courses are required in the respective licensing areas. Portfolio requirements also apply.

Master of Arts in Education Degree Requirements

Each student must complete a minimum of 33 credits to receive the Master of Arts in Education degree.

The curriculum includes the following requirements:

Professional education core requirements (12 credits)
Concentration requirements (18 credits)
Guided research studies (3 credits)
Supervised field experience, as appropriate
Specialized professional studies electives

PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION CORE REQUIREMENTS
