Master of Science in Accounting
If you aspire to a leadership position at the executive level, the MS-Accountancy degree can be your ticket to success. The program is designed for individuals who seek to begin their careers in positions where the CPA credential is required and highly valued. You'll complete 21 credits of undergraduate accounting and 6 credits of business law courses plus 15 credits of graduate-level accounting courses. Plus, you can obtain your master's degree by completing an additional 5 courses.

Designed for working professionals
- The MS in Accountancy program allows you to advance your business education without interrupting your career.
- Classes are held in the late afternoon or evenings year-round, allowing you to enter the program in spring, summer or fall sessions and take 0 to 5 classes per semester.
- Courses are held both at our Monroe Street and Deming Way campuses.
- We provide a flexible fee payment schedule that allows you to pay for your classes after your grades are posted to take advantage of tuition reimbursement from your employer.

- Small classes – Upper-level accounting classes typically have fewer than 20 students, which allows faculty to provide personal attention and individualized instruction.
- Course work – Accounting is one of the most challenging and rewarding majors on campus. You’ll complete 21 credits of undergraduate accounting and 6 credits of business law courses plus 15 credits of graduate-level accounting courses. Obtain your master’s degree by completing 5 additional courses.

- Executive Speaker Series - Edgewood College offers our MS in Accountancy students an opportunity to attend and network at executive speaker events throughout the year. Guest speakers include CEOs, CFOs and senior executives of prestigious area firms.
- Accounting Club – This student-led organization serves to expand the experiences of accounting majors outside the classroom. Accounting Club events include speaker meetings, field trips to regional firms in both public and private practice, networking events with professional organizations such as the WICPA and with local firms in a career fair format.
