Welcome to News Briefs
November 2009
Our alumni continue to be a constant reminder of the tremendous value of an education rich
in Dominican values. This fall in particular we have been reminded of these
traditions.
On November 3rd the Mazzuchelli medallion was awarded to a 1961 alumna of the
College, Sr. Marilyn Aiello, O.P., M.D. The week before we had the honor of
recognizing 3 distinguished MBA Alumni at their alumni awards banquet
(photos here).
As we watch the leaves fall and the daylight grow shorter we are reminded that soon we will be in the season of Advent. If you wish to receive our Reflections for the Season of Advent 2009 please email alumni@edgewood.edu with your name and address and we will mail the booklet to you.
Enjoy the news and have a blessed Thanksgiving holiday.
With Warm Regards,
Kathy O’Connor, Alumni Director
