Post Baccalaureate Admissions

Students Learning Students that have already earned a bachelor’s degree and are interested in earning an additional degree, add-on major or certification can do so through our Post Baccalaureate (Post Bacc.) option.

One of the more popular Post Bacc. programs at Edgewood College is the Teacher Certification Program. There are two options to receive a teacher certification for students who already hold a bachelor's degree.

  1. If you currently hold a degree in History, English or Science and are interested in an accelerated program that leads to a secondary education certification and a master's degree, click here
  2. If you are interested in a certification in the areas below, please refer to the Undergraduate Course Catalogue:
    • Early Childhood: Special Education (Birth to Age 8)
    • Early Childhood: Regular Education (Birth to Age 8)
    • Elementary Education with Early Childhood minor (Birth to Age 11)
    • Elementary Education (Age 6 to 13)
    • Secondary Education (Age 10 to 21)
    • Art, Business, Foreign Language, Music or Theater (Birth to Age 21)
