Theodore Roosevelt once said, “The best prize that life has to offer is the chance to work hard at work worth doing.” Working as a Marriage and Family Therapist and owning my own practice is work worth doing. I believe that being a well-rounded therapist starts with a well-rounded program. I credit the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Edgewood College for providing me with the essential skills, systemic outlook, and foundational concepts of therapy necessary to excel as a psychotherapist. Former professors are now trusted colleagues and friends and the program that schooled me as a therapist remains a constant asset as I forge my professional path. I highly value and recommend the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Edgewood College. I am proud to be alumni and I am thankful for having had the opportunity to be a part of this well-respected program.
