Kelly Mullen joined the School of Business management faculty as a lecturer in August 2012. Kelly’s teaching will focus primarily on Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Management of Organizations, and Strategy for undergraduate, RAAD, and grad students.
Prior to joining Edgewood, Kelly worked in investment and finance with a specific focus on real estate backed financing for the Capital Markets. Her work included Commercial Real Estate, Affordable/Tax Credit Housing, and Government Insured financing, as well as real estate development backed by municipal financing. Kelly worked on a wide variety of financing executions, including structured finance and distressed debt restructuring.
Kelly is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Management at Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana. Her academic interests include Change Management, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Strategy including the integration of Organizational Design and the Strategic Use of Human Resources. Kelly is also passionate about International Business and joins our faculty with a great deal of international experience, including travel to 38 different countries.
Kelly completed her Bachelors in Russian Language and Political Science, MBA in Finance, and MS in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics with Academic Distinction at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
