Trevor has taught in the MSOD program since its beginning in 2011.   He has practitioner expertise in the development of leadership programs, multi-rater assessments, organizational culture audits, human resource management, and the application of workforce engagement interventions. His on-going research focuses on leadership, military veteran reintegration, and risk-taking.

Active consultant in change management, organizational psychology assessment, and executive coaching in the Madison area.

Veteran of both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy, Trevor served for more than a decade as a Russian linguist, infantry scout, and training manager while stationed in Europe, Asia, and Central America.

Over a decade of leadership and development training roles within medium-sized and Fortune 500 corporations.

In his spare time, Trevor likes to jump out of planes (no, really!).  He has completed over 150 jumps to date, his favorite of which overlooked San Diego Harbor, with views of Mexico and the high desert that surrounds the city.
