Dr. Nagle teaches organization development and management courses. He has practitioner expertise in the development of leadership programs, multi-rater assessments, organizational culture audits, human resource management, and the application of workforce engagement interventions.
A veteran of both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy, Trevor served for more than a decade as a Russian linguist, infantry scout, and training manager while stationed in Europe, Asia, and Central America. Additionally, his professional experience includes academic positions with Edgewood College (Madison, WI) and Deerfield Academy (Massachusetts), along with training and development roles within medium-sized and Fortune 500 corporations.
Trevor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Political Science) from Colorado College, a Master of Public Administration degree from Troy University, and a doctorate in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Capella University. His on-going research focuses on leadership, military veteran reintegration, and risk-taking.
