Lynea holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Edgewood College, an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Roosevelt University and a BS in English and Communications from UW at La Crosse. She is the Manager of Training & Development at TDS Telecom in Madison, WI. Her doctoral research focused on the use of virtual social learning in the college classroom in order to enhance student professional skills.
