The Rotaract Club, the junior organization of the Rotary Club for members between 18 and 30-years old, is a service organization for students in any major that emphasizes leadership, community involvement, and social and professional activities.
In addition to 4 – 5 club meetings per semester, members can attend a career workshop to polish resume writing, interview, and job search skills. Our members have raised nearly $10,000 for charities that help people in our community and around the world, and have done volunteer work that has touched the lives of many people in need.
Rotaract members also enjoy networking opportunities with Rotary Club members – top managers and executives – at Rotary meetings as well as in casual social settings. The Rotary Club of Madison, which sponsors the Edgewood Rotaract Club, is among the ten largest in the world.
Members receive a distinctive Rotaract Club lapel pin and t-shirt, free food at all Rotaract meetings, free attendance at Rotary luncheons and an array of social events, from parties, to comedy club outings, Brewers games, and more!
Rotaract has a business casual dress code. Membership dues are $30 per semester or $50 for the full year. For more information, please contact Professor Moses Altsech.
