Isaiah 49:8-15. Thus says God: “In a time of favor I answer you, on the day of salvation I help you, to restore the land and allot the desolate heritages, Saying to the prisoners: Come out! To those in darkness: Show yourselves!”…But Zion said, “God has forsaken me; my Lord has forgotten me.” “Can a mother forget her infant, be without tenderness for the child of her womb? Even should she forget, I will never forget you.”
| During life’s
challenges my faith has given me strength to endure. Being a nurse and educator,
I have had the privilege to serve people at crossroads in their lives. I am
thankful to have God by my side as I care for and teach others. I am driven
by a faith that has guided me to “meet people where they are at” and assist
in easing their journey whether it is toward new knowledge, improved health
or through the end of life. During times of ambiguity, we must have faith
that God will provide, and celebrate in thankfulness. - Pamela Crary, Clinical Instructor, School of Nursing |
