Ordering Your Cap and Gown, Grad Announcements, and Accessories

 

Graduates should follow the instructions below to order their caps and gowns.  If you have questions, please contact the Book Store at 608-663-2213 or in DeRicci 121. 

Order dates:

  • Information about ordering caps and gowns will be emailed to students in February.

Please read these instructions before clicking through the website to order:

  1. After reading through all the instructions, click this link to go to the Herff Jones website to order.
  2. Select “Products”
  3. Select "Graduation"
  4. Select “Shop by School”
  5. Enter "Edgewood College" into the search field and press enter
  6. Select "Caps & Gowns"
  7. Select "Order a Cap and Gown"
  8. The ceremony information should default to May 15, 2016 at 2:00 pm.
  9. Choose your degree type using the dropdown box (Bachelors, Doctorate, Masters).
  10. Select "Cap & Gown" to order your attire. You can also order other products using the other navigation tabs.
  11. Choose "Graduation Regalia" and enter the required information. 
    1. Undergraduates with double majors should choose the Major area they would like to walk with. For example, a double major in Graphic Design and Psychology who would like to walk with the Art department would choose “Art” as his/her area of study.
    2. Please contact the bookstore to purchase a Major cord for your second Major.
    3. CORDS - Your cord signifies your major area of study. We do not use honors cords in our Commencement celebration. 
    4. SOUVENIR TASSELS cannot be worn in the ceremony. 
  12. Complete your order and print a copy of your receipt.

After the Cap & Gown Pick-up/Grad Fair, please pick up your cap & gown at the Edgewood College Book Store.

 

Extra graduation attire will be on sale at the Edgewood College Campus Store. Extra attire is sold on a first come, first-served basis.
