End of Semester Notes

Resident Students, and Dining Services 
All residence halls will close on Friday, May 18, 2012 at 6 p.m. for non-graduating residents. 
If a resident’s last final exam takes place before Thursday, May 17th, the resident must check-out within 24 hours of their last final exam.
Resident students who are graduating should check-out by 12 noon on Monday, May 20, 2012.
Last meal at Phil’s for the semester: Lunch on Friday, May 18, 2012. Phil’s then closes at 2:00pm after lunch.
Wingra Café will close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 18th.
Please note that if you are approved to stay after May 18th for participation in Commencement, the meal plan ends on Friday, May 18, 2012. Both Phil’s and Wingra will be closed. Please plan accordingly!

Bicycles on campus
All bicycles must be removed from storage and rack areas for the end of the semester. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BIKE HOME.  Bikes left May 21, 2012 will be removed and donated to local charities.

Mail Forwarding Cards
Before departing all residents should complete and sign a mail forwarding card and submit it to the Mail Center located in DeRicci 126A.The Mail Center staff has already placed these cards in student mailboxes.

As a reminder, student bills will be sent electronically to your students Edgewood College email address. If you are an authorized payer, you will also receive your students e-bill through the email account you designated.

Students can assign others to be an authorized payer. Authorized payers can view and pay bills on the students behalf.
