Edgewood College has been recognized as a Military Friendly School, a classification awarded to just 15% of all the colleges and universities in the United States. Edgewood College accepts Veterans Administration educational benefits that are available to veterans and their families including the revised Post-9/11 GI Bill. Edgewood College is also proud to offer the Eagle Grant initiative, as part of Edgewood's commitment to the Yellow Ribbon Program, which may provide free tuition to qualified candidates.

To ensure that you receive your veterans benefits, complete the attached Veterans Form and submit to the Certifying Official in the Edgewood College Registrar's Office.

Edgewood works cooperatively with military personnel and their families who are called to Active Duty during their studies and who Re-Enter upon completion of their service.

Edgewood College also operates The Family Center, which provides high quality, affordable counseling and therapy for veterans and their families.

Interested in seeking your MBA or MS Accountancy degree at Edgewood College? The GMAT requirement will be waived by meeting these qualifications:

  • Current, active military, or
  • Former military personnel, or
  • Veteran (Someone who has spent 180 days of active duty time (not including training) or been injured and determined to have a disability before the 180 day marker. The term veteran does not include those who served the length of their term in the National Guard or Reserves without being activated at any time.), and
  • Not formerly, Dishonorably Discharged, and
  • Have a current undergraduate degree from an accredited college and meet all other entrance requirements (e.g., 2.75 GPA)

Welcome! I am Matthew Schroeder, the Veterans Services Coordinator for Edgewood College. I serve our student veterans and their families as they transition into college life.
