I chose Edgewood College’s
Organizational Behavior and Leadership major because of its strong reputation
for producing top-notch managers and leaders. While in the program I learned
how to apply a variety of tools and techniques for improving the performance
of individuals, teams, and organizations. I have found the knowledge that
I acquired in this program to be invaluable in my position as an Operations
Manager. In addition, I feel that the outstanding professors enhanced my success
in this program. They went far beyond what they had to do to ensure that every
student reached their full potential. I am successful in my career because of
the strong foundation I received in this program. - Connie Thompson Bachelors in Organizational Behavior and Leadership, 2005 Monona Terrace Community & Convention Center |

I'm excited to be working with the
adult learners who attend Edgewood's RAAD program. The interactive exchanges that we have
are fueled by their willingness to share their experiences and insights. The classroom
is a collaborative environment in which we explore how to translate frameworks and models
into results-oriented strategies. - Dan Schroeder Organizational Behavior and Leadership Coordinator |
