Organizational Behavior and Leadership - Bachelor of Science

The Organizational Behavior and Leadership program (OBL) prepares you for responsible leadership and managerial roles in a variety of organizational settings. You'll develop the conceptual and problem-solving skills that an effective leader needs to identify how behaviors and attitudes can be improved through recruitment practices, training programs and implementation of feedback systems. Completing this program will equip you with the skills, knowledge and values needed to advance your career and thrive in complex organizational management teams.

Faculty in the OBL program hold advanced degrees related to the discipline and possess professional experience working in the field. Coursework is characterized by a “guided practice” approach using performance-based projects. You’ll be able to immediately apply what you’re learning back to your current work environment.

The flexible format of the Edgewood College OBL program allows you to balance work, home and school.

What our students and graduates say

There are many reasons I decided to enroll at Edgewood College’s Adult Accelerated program.  I liked the programs they offer, the small size classes, the strong sense of community around the campus, and not to forget, the caring and attentive faculty.  Adult Accelerated classes are once a week in the evening, which allows me to work and take care of my family, and I get to finish the program at my own pace.
Joyce Gnewuch, Student in Organizational Behavior and Leadership, Adult Accelerated Program

It was a breath of fresh air to walk onto the Deming Way campus and see adults who had the same goals and the same fears as I did.  The professors always treated me as an adult and were very understanding that everyone has a busy life outside of school and that certain situations may occur which are out of your control.  They are willing to work with you to ensure you don’t fall behind.
