Moses Altsech is the Chair of the Marketing discipline in the School of Business. He teaches Strategic Marketing, Marketing Research, Consumer Behavior, Advertising & Promotion, and Healthcare Marketing. Dr. Altsech holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Cincinnati and a Ph.D. in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University.
He is a dual citizen of the United States and the European Union, and has lived in the U.S. since 1987. Moses is fluent in three languages, and has traveled to more than 40 countries and territories in 5 continents, acquiring a wealth of international experience and a global perspective on business and social issues.
Professor Altsech is an expert on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, Employee Retention, Health Care Marketing, and Strategic Planning and also an avid student of history, literature, politics, social-demographic trends and international affairs. Over the years, Dr. Altsech's research has been presented at State, national and international conferences and published in several prestigious marketing publications. He has appeared as a marketing expert on numerous television and radio programs, has been featured in several magazine and newspaper articles, and is the recipient of numerous professional and academic awards and distinctions.
