Here’s what you need to do if you are planning to graduate in May or August:

1. Your Application for Degree and Approval for Graduation forms were due on February 1. If you have not submitted these forms to the Registrar’s Office already, please do so immediately. August degree candidates intending to participate in the Spring commencement should also file graduation forms at this time. The final deadline for all August candidates is May 1. Forms and further information regarding eligibility are available on-line at https://express.edgewood.edu/ics/Students/ under Courses and Registration.
2. All students intending to participate in the Spring Commencement Ceremony must verify their eligibility. Beginning March 10th you will need to verify your eligibility in-person at the Registrar’s Office (DeRicci 212). Upon completion of this process, the Registrar’s Office will issue you a Commencement Participation Form.
3. Now that you have your Commencement Participation Form you need to Order your Cap & Gown:
   
   • After you have received your Commencement Participation Form from the Registrar’s Office you may place an on-line order for your cap & gown. On-line ordering information is specified on the Commencement Participation Form. On-line orders may be placed between March 10th – April 7th. Orders placed after April 8th will incur a $25 late fee and will need to be place in person at the Edgewood College Bookstore. The very last date to order academic attire will be Friday, April 16th.
   • If you do not need to order a cap & gown for the ceremony, but are still planning to participate, you MUST complete the Commencement Participation Form.
