Getting a Job
We have many jobs available on campus in which you can apply for. Here are the steps to apply:
- Browse current available student positions at
http://employment.edgewood.edu/staff_table2.htm
- Select one or more positions of interest and complete the job applications online
- Supervisors will contact you directly regarding their hiring timelines
Once you are hired…
- You will receive an email from Financial Aid with the paperwork that you need to complete.
What do you need to bring to the Financial Aid Office in DeRicci 210?
- Completed WT-4 – State Tax Form
- Completed W-4 – Federal Tax Form
- Completed I-9 with appropriate forms of ID (most common are a
valid drivers license and your social security card – see I-9 instructions for other acceptable forms of ID)
- Signed Sexual Misconduct Policy
- Completed Direct Deposit Form with blank voided check
Once you have completed all necessary paperwork…
- You will be notified that an account has been set up in the KO Software.
KO is our online timesheet system for recording student employment hours.
- KO Software is available at
www.kosoftware.com/edgewood. You will not be able to
log into your timesheet until all your paperwork is completed with the Financial Aid Office
How and when do you get paid…
- You will submit your KO timesheet to your supervisor by the due date.
- Payroll is done every three weeks. Direct deposits are made the Friday
following timesheet due date.
