Dishwasher
- Maintain a high level of sanitation and safety.
- Maintain clean working environment.
- Check dishes to ensure cleanliness (Check for food particles stuck on glasses and bowls)
- Wash glasses twice (This is very important).
- Put all dishes away in proper order.
- At the end of the shift, restock all dishes.
- Use garbage disposal for food products only (No bones, paper, plastic, foil, straws, napkins, etc.).
- Inform Chef or Manager if any equipment is not working properly.
- Break down boxes periodically and place in cardboard bin.
- Mop up any standing water in the mop room.
- Put away mop and mop bucket properly.
- Be ready to take on extra duties, i.e. weekly cleaning list.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating
and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Customer service orientation and skills.
- Ability to be helpful, but quick.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
