Father Robert Drinan to speak at Edgewood College on US role in
international human rights
Madison, Wis., Sept. 20 – At a time of war
in the name of freedom and war in the name of religion, what
does the Catholic Church say the United States should do about
international issues like the United Nations, human rights,
world trade, the rights of women, the death penalty, and
religious freedom?
On Oct. 5, the internationally recognized
humanitarian, Father Robert F. Drinan, will address this
question at Edgewood College, where he will give the annual
