2010-2011 Stafford Loan

• Complete the 2010-2011 Stafford Loan Entrance Interview.
• Complete the 2010-2011 Stafford Master Promissory Note.

2009-2010 Stafford Loan

1. Complete the 2009-2010 Stafford Loan Entrance Interview.
2. Complete the 2009-2010 Stafford Master Promissory Note ONLINE.

Neither Edgewood College nor any employee of the Office of Financial Aid has received, or will ever knowingly accept, any financial incentive from any of our lending partners to promote one student loan product over another. Our preferred lender list for the federal Stafford loan program was established after an open request for information process was conducted by this office. The goal was to establish which student loan providers offered the most competitive borrower benefits, ultimately reducing the cost to our student borrowers, and to ensure that Edgewood college borrowers receive the highest level of customer service when working with a lender. Edgewood College strongly encourages borrowers to research and choose a lender that best suits their individual needs. All loans at Edgewood College will be processed in the same efficient manner regardless of chosen lender.

Perkins Loan

1. Complete the Perkins Loan Entrance Interview.
2. Complete the Perkins Master Promissory Note (pdf).

Yellow Ribbon/ Eagle Grant Program

Eligible veterans can apply for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Please complete the following steps:

1. Complete the Edgewood College admissions process.
2. Submit VA Form 22-1990 to:
   VA Regional Office
   P.O. Box 66830
   St. Louis, MO 63166-6830
3. Complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov
4. Once you receive a certificate of eligibility from the VA Regional Office, submit a copy to:

   Fax: 608-663-3495
5. You will receive a financial aid award letter. Processing time may vary.
