Fine Arts Award
Awards ranging from $500-$1500 are available for talented freshman and transfer students who have a strong interest in art, writing, foreign language, music, or theatre.
To apply for a Fine Arts Award, please complete the following steps:
Contact the fine arts award faculty member listed below to arrange a time for an audition/interview and/or portfolio review. Students are encouraged to audition early to ensure award availability. The following dates and times are available for students to schedule an audition/interview and/or portfolio review. These dates coincide with Experience Edgewood Days. If needed, departments can also schedule auditions/interviews and/or portfolio reviews outside these give dates and times, so please contact the department of interest directly to coordinate accordingly.

Prepare for the audition/interview/portfolio review according to the guidelines listed by departments in this brochure.
Request that a teacher or director in the field(s) of the award for which you are applying complete a Recommendation Form. At least one recommendation for each type of award is required.
Complete the Student Application Form and the Recipient Responsibility Form and bring them to your audition/interview/portfolio review.
You will be notified as to your eligibility to receive a award within two weeks of completion of this process. The dollar amount of your award will be determined during spring of 2010, after you have been admitted to the college and completed the appropriate financial aid applications.
