Rosewood House is a 7 bedroom split-level house located on campus next to the library. We house seven same sex residents in Rosewood (usually female, but varies depending on need.)
The rooms have wooded walls, so any color scheme you like should work well. All windows have mini blinds, so you will not need to bring curtains. The apartment is fully carpeted with exception of the kitchen and bathroom. The house comes fully furnished. Each student is assigned their own bedroom which has a twin size bed. The mattresses measure 36” x 80” (you will need extra long, twin sized sheets). A mattress cover will be provided. There is also a desk, chair, dresser and closet space in each room. Living room furniture includes two couches, three chairs, a coffee table and a TV stand. Dining room furniture includes a table with 6 chairs. Also included in each room of the house is:
- Telephone and extension with voice mail access
- Cable television hook up
- Wired for access to the campus Local Area Network
There are coin operated washers and dryers and a community lounge in the basement (with cable TV and a DVD player) available for resident use. The lounge also has a shared computer with internet access.
