Campus Services
Business Office

The Business Office, is open 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through
Friday and 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM on every other Saturday. Students
pay tuition, room and board, make payment arrangements, cash checks up
$50 per day, and get change or refunds for the bending machines at the
Business Office. The Business Office charges a 25-cent service
charge for check cashing and a $25 fee for NSF checks.
Check-cashing privileges are revoked if more than one NSF check is
returned.

Check Cashing

Students may cash personal checks up to
maximum of $50 per day at the Business Office, DeRicci 217.
There is a 25-cent fee for check cashing and a $25 charge for checks
returned for insufficient funds.

Copy Machines

Two coin operated copy machines are
located on campus for Student use; One
copier in the Library, and one on 2nd floor
Predolin, outside the Dean of Students
Office, Room 215. Copies are 10˘ each.

Facilities Reservations

Rooms and equipment are available for use to student groups,
faculty, and staff. The sponsoring person, organization or department
will be billed for food service and for any extraordinary labor costs
that may be incurred for clean up or security. The Reservation Manager
at the Campus Assistance Center, is linked by computer with
Maintenance, Food Service, and Audio-Visual Technology. The Manager
reserves rooms for meetings and special events.
If room set-up, food service, or audio-visual aids are needed, a
facilities reservation request form must be filled out and returned to
the Reservation Manager at least two weeks in advance. The Manager
clears all requests to use the chapel, gym, Commons or boardroom with
the staff member most directly in charge of those facilities before
confirming your reservation. For further information, call 663-3321.

Fitness Center

The Edgewood College Athletics Fitness Center is located in the
basement of Sonderegger Science Center. The Fitness Center
provides free weight, weight machines, and various
cardiovascular equipment for use by current students, faculty and
staff of Edgewood College. Patrons are welcome to use showers
and day lockers for their convenience. Personalized fitness
evaluations and training programs are provided, by appointment.
Hours of operation are posted through the campus email system and on
the Fitness Center door.

Food Service

Edgewood College Dining Hall
The College dining hall is located in Regina Hall and is open to all
students and staff. Serving times are posted at the entrance to the
serving line. A variety of hot entrees, cold selections, and a salad
bar are available daily.
Wingra Café
The Wingra Café is located in the Campus Center on the second floor of
Predolin. The Café offers made-to-order selections and daily lunch
specials. The hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.,
Saturday 7:00 a.m. until 8 p.m., and Sunday 10:00 a.m. until 8:00
p.m.. The grill is closed an hour before the Café.
Payment for food services may be in cash, on your student meal
plan, or through the use of meal dollars on your student ID. Meal
plans consist of meals and meal dollars. Meals can be used in the
Regina Dining Hall. Meal dollars can be used in the Regina Dining
Hall, Wingra Café, and for concessions at athletic events. Special
meal packages for commuters are available for purchase at the Business
Office or the Office of Student Life. Students who bring lunches to
campus are welcome to eat in either the dining hall or Wingra Café.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found is located at the Campus Assistance Center, Predolin
Lobby.

Maintenance

The Maintenance Department is responsible for the care and
maintenance of all campus facilities and grounds. Students are asked
to report dangerous conditions, such as icy sidewalks or wet floors,
or unusual conditions such as a missing sign, broken window, or
plumbing leak to the Director of Maintenance, DeRicci 113, 663-2255.

Mail

Student Mailboxes
- Students living on campus, or Resident
Students, will be assigned a combination
mail box located in Room 124, DeRicci
Hall. These students will receive a card
with the combination to their mail box
when they receive their residence hall
room key.
- Students that reside off-campus, or
commuter students, may request an “open
style” personal mail box at any time during
the academic year. Commuter mail boxes
are located in Room 124, DeRicci Hall.
These mail boxes are intended only for the
receipt of Edgewood College departmental
and faculty/staff/student generated mail
items. Since commuter mail boxes are not
secure they cannot be used for the receipt
of U.S. Mail. To request a commuter mail
box, please visit the Mail Center located in
Room 126A, DeRicci Hall. If you have any
questions, contact the Mail Center staff at
663-2210.
- Students are responsible for regularly checking and emptying their mail box.
All incoming US. Mail is handled by the Mail Center staff and is placed in the appropriate campus mailbox along with internal campus mail Monday through Friday. Packages are held in the Mail Center and a notice is placed in the individual’s campus mail box.
The Mail Center also provides the following services:

- All U.S. Mail is dispatched twice daily

The Recreation
Entertainment Center (REC)

The Recreation Entertainment Center (REC) is located in Room 225 of
the Predolin Humanities Center. The REC houses a pool table, ping pong
table, foosball table, air hockey table, dart board, juke box, video
games and a big screen T.V. Please feel free to use the recreation
equipment and hang out in the REC anytime between 7:00 am and 2:00 am
seven days a week

Vending Machines

Vending machines are located in the REC in Predolin Humanities
Center. A microwave is also available for vended items in the
vending area of the REC. Problems with the vending machines
should be reported to the Food Services.
