Edgewood College Website Gets a New Look
On Sunday, June 1st, the look and navigation of the Edgewood College website got an update. A new navigation structure based on audience-focus was implemented, making it easier for both first-time visitors and regular users to find just what they're looking for.
This structure was crafted based on input from current students, faculty and staff, and prospective students at the undergraduate level, the Adult Accelerated level, and the graduate level, and we thank all who participated for their input throughout this redesign process. This redesign is part of an overall technology upgrade that we are undertaking to better serve our students.
With an audience-based navigation structure, the user has the opportunity to ‘self-identify’ as a way to navigate the site, and get where they need to go. If you are a student interested in attending Edgewood College, you are a "Prospective Student"; by clicking on the Prospective Student link above, you'll have access to all the resources you'll need to help you find out if Edgewood College is the right fit for you.
Regular users of the site, such as Faculty and Staff, and current students, will find access to online email, Blackboard, and other necessary tools under their respective links above as well. Of interest to current students, the link above currently goes to the new "Edgewood Express"; an online tool that replaces EdgeReg and will allow students to register for classes, pay bills, and plan their degree.
