Margaret C. Noreuil, Ph.D., RN, joined Edgewood College as a faculty member in the Henry Predolin School of Nursing where she earned tenure in 2002 and rank of Professor in 2008. In 2007, she accepted the position of Dean of the Henry Predolin School of Nursing. With more than 35 years of experience in nursing, research, and higher education, she was responsible for building on the school’s excellent reputation, adding programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels, expanding alumni relations and development activities, and recruiting and retaining a diverse base of expert faculty, staff, and students.

Dr. Noreuil is a member of numerous professional organizations, including serving as an accreditation site evaluator for the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), a board member of the Center for Healthcare Education and Simulation (CHES), the Association of Nurse Educators in Wisconsin (ANEW), and the Wisconsin Center for Nursing (WCN). She is currently Chair of the Unity Point Health-Meriter Board of Directors where she has served as a board member for nine years.

Dr. Noreuil received her Ph.D. in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and M.S. and B.S. degrees in Nursing from the University of Illinois-Chicago. She completed a post-doctoral executive leadership fellowship in 2014 at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.
