Beginners' H.I.I.T. Class

Join us for a FREE beginners' high intensity interval training class led by F.A.N. Club president and ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Liz Soter. This class will be 30 minutes of fun, high-intensity, exercise designed to get you and your heart rate up and moving!
