Mike Sweitzer-Beckman began working at Edgewood College in 2016, and currently serves as Associate Vice President for Institutional Advancement. Prior to joining the College, Mike served as Fund Development Manager at Common Wealth and Director of Development at Holy Wisdom Monastery. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from DePaul University, a master’s degree in divinity from the Jesuit School of Theology at Berkeley, and a master’s degree in business administration from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Mike is an active member of the Greater Madison Chapter of the Association for Fundraising Professionals, currently serving as the President-Elect for the chapter in 2023. He is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) since 2018. Mike can be reached on LinkedIn or scheduled with through Calendly.

In his free time, Mike enjoys bicycling, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
