The Lord is always here for us. God will not make fun of us or make us feel bad. In times of hardship God will not bring shame, but will guide us, giving us the strength to move forward. We need to open our ears and listen to what God has to say. We cannot turn our back when times get hard. When our lives seem hopeless we need to stop and listen; God will give us hope. Our lives can get so busy that we forget that God is always with us. If we stop and open our ears we will hear God, we will learn to trust God. God knows where we are going to end up in our lives. We need to trust God and not do everything on our own. Life will get a little easier as soon as we do.

My mentors and advisors have been helpful in managing my success. Last summer I did scientific research in Boston for the Novartis Scientific Summer Scholar Program. They select top-tier students from around the world, and I was one of the lucky people selected.
