Siena Apartments

Siena Apartments are co-ed by apartment and consist of 9 two bedroom units which house two or three students in each (one single bedroom and one optional double bedroom). The apartments also have a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Each unit has an individual air conditioner.

Furniture

The apartments come fully furnished. Each student will have a twin size bed (the beds are bunkable.) The mattresses measure 36” x 80” (you will need extra long twin sheets). A mattress cover will be provided. There is also a desk, chair, dresser and closet space for each resident. Living room and dining room furniture is provided and may include a combination of the following: a couch, easy chair, loveseat, lamp, coffee table, end table, kitchen table and chairs. 

Rooms

The rooms are painted white with wood trim, so any color scheme you like should work well. All windows have mini blinds, so you will not need to bring curtains. The apartment is fully carpeted with exception of the kitchen and bathroom.
