As a student studying in Edgewood’s History department, you will have the opportunity to view history as not just facts and figures, but as an important part in everyday life. In an age of global concerns and issues, the knowledge and skills gained by a thorough study of the past will be indispensable for appreciating the value and perspective of our civilization.

What do you do with a degree in History? Many Edgewood College graduates are employed in primary and secondary education, as well as state and federal government. Some use their Bachelor’s degree as a stepping stone to graduate school in history or preparation for the study of law.
