Payment Options
Determine Your Costs
If you are not enrolled yet:
- View the Financial Aid page for your student group to determine the tuition and average housing & meals cost (if applicable).
- Undergraduate students can view their Financial Aid Award Letters for an Estimated Bill.
If you are already enrolled:
- View your semester bill at Edgewood Express. Your student account will reflect the tuition, fees, and charges for the semester.
- Bills for Fall 2025 will be available on July 21st.
Subtract Your Financial Aid
- View your financial aid award letter. Subtract the semester or year amount from your costs.
- Do not include Edgewood Employment or Federal Work Study. Students earn these funds in the form of bi-weekly wages based on the hours worked.
- If your financial aid file is complete, the financial aid will already appear on your student account. Any remaining amount not covered by financial aid will be displayed.

- Complete the PLUS Loan Application by logging in to your account at studentaid.gov
- Enroll in the monthly payment plan at Edgewood Express.

- $75 Payment Plan Enrollment fee will be charged once per semester upon enrollment
- Fall 2025 – August 11th
- Spring 2026 – January 9th
Alternative Education Loans/Private Loans– Optional non-federal loans for students.

Financial Aid
Questions about Financial Aid? Students may schedule a one-on-one appointment with a member of our Financial Aid staff at a time convenient for them. Please contact us at (608) 663-4300 or send us an email with a requested day & time. Virtual or in-person meetings are available!
Looking to Pay a Bill? Students must first complete the FERPA Financial Release online to specify individuals (parents, spouse, other(s)) who Edgewood College can share financial information with (financial aid, account balance, charges, refunds, payment information, etc.). Students must also assign others to be an authorized payer. Authorized payers can view and pay bills on behalf of a student.
Reminder – Your student’s bills from the College are sent electronically to their Edgewood College email address. If you are an authorized payer, you will also receive your student’s e-bill through the email account you designated.
Add Dining Dollars – Additional Dining Dollars can be added at any point online at onecard.edgewood.edu.
