New Hire Paperwork

Congratulations on your new position at Edgewood College. To complete our new hire process, please complete the following paperwork and bring it with you to the Human Resources Office (DeRicci 215) on your first day of employment. 

Edgewood College’s 403(b) Retirement Choice Plan

Whether you’re joining the College as a member of our Faculty or Staff, in a full- or part-time role, or are eligible or not eligible for other benefits, you are encouraged to save for retirement through our 403(b) Retirement Choice Plan’s automatic deferral.  Shortly after beginning employment you will receive an email communication from the Plan’s record keeper, TIAA, informing you of the 6% pre-tax deferral that will be taken from subsequent payroll checks unless you elect otherwise.  Review the documents below to learn more about both the Plan and its automatic enrollment feature.
