International Relations

As an International Relations major, you’ll learn how to analyze and evaluate issues of power, social forces, conflict, behavior, political ideas, rules and laws, and institutional change.  

Your class work will dive deep into Political Science, American Politics, Public Policy, and Comparative Politics. Throughout your coursework, you’ll sharpen your writing, critical thinking, empirical analysis and oral communication. You’ll also take a sequence of research courses that include statistics, research methods and a capstone seminar where you’ll conduct original research on a topic you choose.
