Applying for Federal Student Loans:

1. Obtain a FSA ID at https://studentaid.gov/fsa-id/create-account/launch. The FSA ID serves as an electronic signature on the FAFSA.
2. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa. Edgewood College's Title IV School Code is 003848.
   

Students admitted as graduate degree-seeking status:

• Eligible for up to $20,500 in Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loans per year.
• Must be enrolled at Edgewood College at least half-time: 3 credits per semester for graduate students and 1.5 credits per semester for doctoral students.

Students admitted as degree and license-seeking status:

• Eligible for up to $20,500 in Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loans per year.
• Must be enrolled at Edgewood College at least half-time:  3 credits per semester for graduate students and 1.5 credits per semester for doctoral students.

Students admitted as license only status:

• Eligible for up to $12,500 in Federal Direct Loans per year.
• Must be enrolled at Edgewood at least half-time:  3 credits per semester.
