The Music Department announces the inaugural event in the 2018-19 Concerts on Campus season. The Edgewood Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Blake Walter, presents a concert in the newly remodeled St. Joseph Chapel.
The concert features three arrangements of piano works by Claude Debussy; Arabesques 1 and 2, arranged by Henri Mouton, and the seldom performed Sarabande, arranged by Maurice Ravel. Other works to be performed include Cherubini’s overture to the opera Medea, and the Haydn Symphony No. 59, subtitled Fire.
$5 general admission, free with Edgewood College ID.
