We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial marketing and operations professional to be a part of our team in Madison, Wisconsin.

We are recruiting for a Marketing and Operations Manager reporting to the VP of Marketing and Enrollment, North America. This role will be a key contributor on a day-to-day basis and critical to driving visibility and success by working across our University partnership operations; collaborating closely with leaders of all key divisions of the business and the University to drive execution and management of marketing initiatives as well as overall operational efficiencies and comprehensive communication.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Markets products, researching new programs and developing marketing plans, maintaining response operations, and maintaining quality ratings.
  • Maintains quality service by collaborating and assisting in enforcing standards when needed, training representatives when asked, monitoring calls when needed, surveying customers, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Resolves student problems or improved conversions by creating training materials for sales representatives, maintaining reference manuals and dialogue guides, providing information, and answering questions in collaboration with the Edgewood University team (or other University brand as needed).
  • Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments and participating with and providing resources to business improvement teams.
  • Keeps management informed by preparing reports, preparing presentations, interpreting information, and making recommendations.
  • Create research supporting new programs and partnerships for the company.
  • Oversees
  • Works with vendors to deliver marketing materials and assets to clients and the public.
  • Negotiates contracts for advertising, marketing, and promotions.

This position will be on-site in Madison, WI and will have a salary range of $50,000 to $75,000 a year, depending upon experience. Standard benefits and a flexible work schedule to accommodate the necessity to work in international time zones.

Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field, Master’s degree a bonus
  • 3-5 years marketing or customer service experience
  • Education sector experience required
