Jen Smith is an Edgewood University alumnus with 29 years of nursing experience in Medical-Surgical, ICU, and Operating Room care, along with more than 15 years of leadership experience. Currently serving as the Outreach Specialist for the MSN Program at Edgewood University, Jen also teaches BSN clinical students and remains passionate about mentoring future nurses, fostering professional growth, and advancing excellence in nursing education and patient care.
