Quote:

People often say, ‘I chose nursing to help people.’ But I think nursing chooses us! In my role as Program Director, I love meeting with students and learning about their journey as a nurse.

Two of my first questions are always:
What excites you about nursing?
What do you want to change
about nursing?

These conversations shape everything that follows—from clinical experiences and special
projects to career planning. I’m passionate about helping students discover where they’re meant to make a difference and walking alongside them as they build a CNS career that’s uniquely their own.
