PCS is able to give presentations to classrooms, groups of students, staff members, and faculty. Commonly requested topics include:

  • Stress management
  • Relaxation exercises
  • Managing test anxiety
  • Overcoming procrastination
  • Healthy relationships
  • Sexual assault & rape culture
  • Identifying symptoms of depression, anxiety, and/or other mental health concerns
  • Substance abuse
  • Alcohol use in college students
  • Disordered eating and/or body image issues
  • Identifying and working with students of concern
  • Motivational interviewing
  • Listening skills
  • Time management
  • Gender identity
  • Conflict resolution
  • Participation in panel discussions
  • Review of services offered by PCS (individual therapy, groups, etc.)
