Come sprint through a series of fun, interactive stations – each designed to teach an essential life skill like how to read nutrition labels, how to do laundry, and adult in under 15 minutes!
You will be entered into a raffle to win a $50 basket with household essentials if you complete all of the stations.

Mental Health Ambassador Training
Mental Health Ambassadors contribute to a culture of care on our campus through destigmatizing mental health concerns and providing relevant resources to others. This training is open to anyone who would like to volunteer to be a Mental Health Ambassador for Edgewood University. It will last approximately 60 minutes. Participating in this training and being an MHA is a low stakes, high reward way to make a difference in our campus community.
