Edgewood University Announces Addition of Women’s Flag Football

(September 10, 2026) –The Edgewood University Athletic Department is pleased to announce the continued growth of its women’s varsity sport offerings with the addition of Women’s Flag Football. The Eagles will begin varsity competition in the spring of 2028, expanding the Edgewood University athletics lineup and providing another opportunity for student-athletes to compete at the collegiate level.
