Alumni Board

Andrea is a two-time graduate of Edgewood College. While working at Nicolet Instrument Corporation, a global medical manufacturing company, she completed her undergraduate degree in business via the evening and weekend degree program which spanned six years. In 2005, she resigned from her Director of Human Resources role at VIASYS Healthcare to return to Edgewood College to obtain a master’s in business administration. After graduating in 2006, she relocated to Minneapolis where she experienced the land of 10,000 lakes and Brett Favre playing for the Vikings. She spent five years working as an HR business partner with c-suite leadership at Royal Bank of Canada. In 2011, her family relocated back to the Madison area and her next employment adventure began with CUNA Mutual Group and continues today.

Andrea was appointed to the Alumni Board president role in 2019. She is also on the Board of Directors for non-profit DAIS (Domestic Abuse Intervention Services) in Madison, and recently completed two years of service with United Way of Dane County as a member of the insurance and finance division working with community leaders on the annual giving campaign.
