We are pleased to introduce the members of our Advisory Board, who provide their broad and expert perspectives on strategic directions for the School of Business.
These professionals provide a diverse networking community to help Edgewood College business students and alumni join stimulating conversations with some of Madison's most innovative leaders.
We welcome the input and advice of our alumni and students as well so that, together, we continue our tradition of excellence through continuous improvements.
School of Business Advisory Board

Enzo Ciarletta is the Senior IT Director for Care Wisconsin and member of the executive leadership team since 2019. Care Wisconsin is a non-profit Managed Care Organization (MCO) that provides services to 12,000 frail seniors and adults with disabilities in over 50 Wisconsin Counties. He has IT leadership experience in Healthcare, Telecommunications, Insurance, SaaS Service Provider, and Online Retail. Enzo has served as a Senior Software Developer, Systems Analyst, Application Architect, Project Manager, and Senior Technical Leader at companies including American Family Insurance, Performance Gateway/Enterprise Holdings, Shopbop.com/Amazon, CUNA Mutual Group, and TDS Telecom.
A retired Marine Officer, Chief Warrant Officer-3 (CWO3), Enzo Ciarletta concluded a successful 20+ year career with the United States Marine Corps Reserve. The most recent position held was that of Data Communications Platoon Commander for Marine Wing Communications Squadron-48 while stationed at Great Lakes Naval Station in Illinois. Enzo received a B.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago and holds an MBA from Edgewood College. He currently serves on the board of directors at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County, Vice President of Westhaven Trails Home Owners Association, and is a volunteer Firefighter for the City of Middleton.
As an entrepreneur, Enzo Ciarletta Founded Reliable Property Management Inc. in 1992 where he focuses on providing high-quality single family homes, duplexes and apartment rentals in Madison.


Versatile business and community leader with extensive people, operations, marketing and sales management experience. Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, Nick has spent his professional career helping young organizations become more collaborative, accountable and scalable. Nick is a member of the Leadership Team at FarWell, a Madison-based advisory firm that helps organizations successfully plan for and implement strategic change. In his role as 'Director of Employee Engagement,' Nick owns FarWell’s employee experience and engagement strategy. Nick is responsible for developing strategies to improve talent engagement, and manage programs designed to foster it, such as employee experience/wellness programs and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment.
In addition to his work at FarWell, Nick is a Founding Member of CultureConUSA, connecting humans to inspire positive change around organizational culture; Change Geeks, a meetup forum for area Change Management leaders and practitioners; and Madison Tech & Society Meetup, a meetup forum for individuals to discuss and explore how technology is impacting their lives and strategies for finding balance in the digital age.
Awards and honors include: Madison Magnet 'Wisconsin Young Professional Award' (2019 nominee); InBusiness Magazine '40 Under 40' (2017); Edgewood College Ethical Leadership Award (2010); Edgewood College School of Business Scholarship and Leadership Award (2010); Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities (2010); Delta Mu Delta International Business Honors (2010); and 4x Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Scholar Athlete (2006 - 2009).
Outside of work (or during work) Nick is passionate about cribbage, soul music, buffets, board games and just about anything you’d find in a senior living community.
