Handshake is Edgewood College's online career management system. You can use it to find job and internship opportunities, schedule an appointment with your Student Success Adviser or Career Development staff member, learn about career events, see which employers are hiring, and more.

Get Recruited

Complete all the details on your profile to stand out to employers! Be sure to also update your Interests section, including:

  1. Job Type: whether you’re looking for an internship, part-time job, or full-time job
  2. Location: the cities where you’d like to work
  3. Job Role: jobs you would like to explore, like marketing associate or software engineer

Students who fill out these fields in Handshake are 2.5x more likely to see and apply for relevant opportunities and 80% of students who fill out these fields get messaged by a recruiter.
